The owners of Kiva House (which was designed and built by PRAXIS in 2017), tasked PRAXIS to create a separate Casita that would integrate seamlessly with the original home.  "The Missing Piece" was created, which easily blends with the layout of the home; located to the right of the driveway.  A private modern gated entry showcases the passage to the Kiva Coutryard, where mature plants create an oasis.
