PRAXIS Architects designed an open floor plan that eliminated all supporting walls and posts. After carefully securing the roof, PRAXIS crews gutted, then completely rebuilt the interior of this guesthouse and studio. Elegant finishes and fixtures were lovingly chosen in collaboration with our client. Only the original adobe walls and exposed-roof vigas could be rescued.
