Casa Llave
Business partners hired PRAXIS to create a residence comprising two master pavilions with a third shared pavilion serving as a guest suite, kitchen, and communal living space. Stucco color and roof treatment give each building an individual identity, yet the complex’s architectural harmony is maintained. Super insulation offsets heat loss in a design with few common walls.

"Praxis created 4 different spaces with different roof lines and most importantly different colors with matching metal roofs. It was everything I had hoped for without having to specifically articulate those ideas.”

“The design of the open kitchen/living space in the house (originally inspired by my stint at the Cordon Bleu in Paris) was the envy of local chefs when I had a couple of events catered at the house."
