Net-Zero House (LEED)
This is the second PRAXIS designed and built home to win a coveted Platinum LEED award. This home’s net use of fossil fuels each year is zero. Radiant-floor heat and hot water is supplied by hot-water solar panels. Electricity is generated by a large bank of solar panels. Extra-thick insulation keeps the occupants comfortable all year long. Green has never looked more beautiful.
