Praxis | Santa Fe, New Mexico

Elements of this historic triplex date to the 1880s, requiring a deft restorative touch. PRAXIS was able to rescue the adobe walls and most of the vigas. A pitched roof was added to this flat-roofed house, restoring the structure’s street presence and enhancing the sense of interior space. This project won the Best Remodel and the Best Craftsmanship in the 2016 Parade of Homes.
