Artyard A1 Building
The live/work concept made famous by The Lofts projects located elsewhere in Santa Fe became a Railyard fixture with this PRAXIS-designed project. The marriage of concrete and steel sheet with signature industrial accents was the beautiful skin of a green design destined to be the first Platinum LEED building in New Mexico. The 2007 banking crisis ended this certification effort.
