Designing commercial projects is a PRAXIS Architects specialty. This striking four-building complex of live/work condominiums uses a broad palette of colored stucco. Visual interest is further enhanced by offsetting the units and rotating them 45-degrees, transforming what could have been a mundane office complex into a memorable and successful architectural statement.
