Folk Art Home (LEED)
This backroads custom home is designed to nestle into the chamisa and scrub oak. Careful placement of the home not only provides maximum privacy from a nearby dirt road but also spares much of the pre-existing trees and shrubs. Generous studio space and owner-suggested design details that delight the eye are features of this, the second PRAXIS project for this client.
