Luna Remodel
PRAXIS and architectural firm WoodMetalConcrete teamed up to revive a derelict pair of 1930s car dealerships. The design team incorporated touches of Streamline Moderne styling to create a unifying design motif. Steel trusses supporting the roofs were exposed and restored. Bracketing a lovely new pocket park, these reinvigorated buildings offer space for both living and commerce.
