Sunset Views Terrace
Maximizing heart stopping sunset views over the city lights all the way to Mt. Taylor; this extensive remodel was created with entertaining in mind. Scraped nearly to the foundation, only the walls of the garage remained. We reconfigured the low small kitchen and dining room into a large high ceilinged great room. A new expansive terrace replaced a rickety and rotten deck, it now offers outdoor dining, lots of seating, a fire feature, bar-b-que, and beautiful steel built in planters. Custom details throughout the home created a space made especially for the homeowners lifestyle.
